WELCOME TO BORVO NATURIST CAMPING:
Burgundy of course!
Whether you want to enjoy French regional cuisine, good wines, authentic villages, beautiful countryside, the thrill of a roller coaster or a visit to a casino …. experiencing what Burgundy has to offer …. is a real holiday!
In this region you will find Naturist Camping Borvo named after the Gallic God of the sources of Bourbon Lancy which is famous for its medicinal water bubbling out of the ground. This beautiful town is a 10 minute drive from the Camping. As well as being a famous spa town, it is also known for its gastronomy and its abundance of outdoor activities.
Within a 35 kilometer radius there is even more to discover. Towns like Moulins which is steeped in art and history are close by and for the children there is an Amusement Park and Zoo Le Pal within easy distance.

Information
Camping Borvo is run by Sandra and Mark van Stokkom, who live on the site themselves. In addition to our old French farm, there are also two beautiful and furnished safari tents on the site. The campsite is equipped with a modern sanitary block and there are 26 pitches with electricity. Free WiFi is available at the bar. Pets are welcome with us.
The river Somme borders the grounds to the rear. There you can fish for trout or enjoy a refreshing paddle. A babbling brook, situated at the west side of the grounds flows into it. Animals such as foxes and deer are regularly seen. Many birds have also been spotted such as the kingfisher, oriole, bee-eater and buzzard.

Terrace & Bar
Tea, coffee, beverages and ice cream are served in our bar and on the adjoining terrace.

It is possible to borrow petanque balls and golf sets.
Activities
Besides Jeu de Boules there is also a swimming pool, there are swings and you can play a game of darts at the bar. There is enough space on the grounds to play football, sunbathe or to seek shade under the large oak tree or at the Somme. At the Somme you can also go for a walk or find a quiet spot for fishing.
FUTURE PLANS
There is still something on our wish list.
For example, we would like a sauna and an outdoor kitchen.
And some more trees to create shade.
We plan to do all this without interfering with the balance of nature within our grounds.Preservation of the native flora and fauna is very important to us. Deer are regularly spotted on our grounds and although we would like to expand our facilities for our guests we still want to keep the landscape the same as it has been for the last 130 years, a farming landscape with meadows and open structure.
We are open to ideas and welcome tips from our guests!

TRAVELLING TO THE SOUTH?
If you would like to stay just for one or two nights along your journey you are always welcome at Borvo!
